Refund policy

At Indian Parampara, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality women fashion accessories. We strive to ensure that your shopping experience with us is enjoyable and satisfying. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our valued customers and our commitment to quality.
Products are not eligible to refund but can be returned to us and new item or points of similar pricing will be provided to the customer, same may take at least 5 working days to initiate.

Return and replacement requests for damaged, missing, different than ordered, size or any changes shall be notified us within first 24  hrs from the time it's delivered via email to hello@indianparampara.com  or reaching out to us via WhatsApp at +919370163831. In your email or WhatsApp message, kindly include your order number, an image of the invoice, one image of the outer box, two clear images of the damaged product, and a video of the box's opening, failing to which the return / replacement request may be declined.

Indian Parampara reserves all the rights to refuse said above on grounds of some suspicious behavior or any such acts.
